Resisting Rage is based in the beautiful city of Burlington Ontario, just a
forty five minute drive from Canada's largest city, Toronto.
The band has been together since the summer of 2004, however has only been playing with its final lineup since 2005.
Resisting Rage's sound is best described as bright sounding, shocking, classic
rock 'n' roll...a cross between Van Halen and Guns n' Roses.
Resisting Rage got its start when they began playing frequent shows at Oakville's Pica Deli Bar & Grill. After several shows there, it showed them that hard work offers great rewards.
The hard work began to pay off when they were being booked at other venue's around Burlington and Oakville, to the point
where they were playing 1-2 shows a week.
In October of 2005, after signing their new lead singer, Neale Martin, Resisting Rage sequestered themselves in Herritage
studio's, and in a few short weeks produced their first self titled album.
With the new album ready for release in 2006, the band has been playing many shows. Look for their new album in HMV,
Chapters, and Indigo upon release.
With Drummer Chris Green, Vocalist Neale Martin, Bass player Chris Taylor, and guitarist Dan Thayer, Resisting Rage is sure
to give you music that will strike a cord to both old and young rockers.
